This combination 5-star hotel and casino of the global Club Hotel chain, is located in the village of Loutraki, in southern Greece offering accomodations in 250 rooms and deluxe suites. Our company supplied and installed a sophisticated Building Management System (BMS) manufactured by Trend, using a DDC-FULL technique, comprised of 3000 I/O points.
The system commands complete control of all the hotels’ electro-mechanical systems including air conditioning, electricity, heating, generator load and swimming pools. In addition, our company also installed an energy saving Room Management System (RMS), type S-505 for complete room control of the hotel’s deluxe suites. The RMS systems controls room air conditioning and illumination, and conveys complete systems information to the hotel management.
We also installed a fire alarm system, manufactured by Notifire, comprised of over 2000 sensors. All systems are integrated and information is easily transferred among systems.
